Hello! My name is Charlie and I am thrilled to introduce myself as the proud owner of Double You Home Studio. I am a Mother to an amazing little boy, River, who is my primary source of inspiration.
With over 20 years of dance experience and 12 years of teaching under my belt, I am excited to finally bring my passions and vision to fruition with the establishment of my very own studio. From a very young age, I’ve been passionate about dance and I’m excited to cultivate an environment where others can share this passion with me. With a strong foundation in dance education, I’m confident that Double You will provide an inclusive and supportive space for individuals of all ages and levels to explore and develop their dance skills, as well as their confidence and creativity.

As a mother myself, I understand the struggles and challenges that come with raising a child. It’s a tough journey, but incredibly rewarding. I love connecting with other mums who are going through similar experiences and sharing my knowledge and support with them.
A primary reason for opening a studio at home was due to the way the system works and how working mothers are at an immediate disadvantage. This spurred me on to find the courage to step out of my comfort zone and into my dreams.
That’s why I’m excited to connect with other like-minded individuals who share my passion for supporting fellow mums and creating meaningful connections. Together, we can help each other navigate the challenges of motherhood and flourish along the way.

My space is available to hire five days a week and I can accommodate a wide range of clients. Whether you are a freelance instructor looking to run your courses, a modelling agency seeking to hold castings or a couple looking to rehearse your first dances, I’ve got you covered! My studio is also perfect for quirky business meetings, dance and fitness training courses, personal training sessions, music video filming, and photography shoots.
